What we do
We use rugby to build better futures.
Tackle the Mindset delivers high-impact, values-led coaching programmes that go beyond sport. We work with schools, clubs, and communities to support young people—especially those facing behavioural, emotional, or social challenges—through structured rugby-based interventions.
Behaviour & Mindset Coaching
We run targeted 6–12 week programmes for students with SEMH, SEND, or behaviour concerns. Sessions are built around discipline, respect, and ambition, with reflection, mentoring, and measurable outcomes at the core.
Early Intervention
Our early-stage programmes support KS2–KS3 learners showing signs of disengagement. We help them build confidence, routine, and emotional literacy before patterns become entrenched.
Curriculum & Club Delivery
We deliver inclusive rugby sessions during curriculum time and after school, including girls’ rugby and leadership roles. We also connect students to local clubs to support long-term participation.
School–Club–Community Pathways
We strengthen the link between schools and grassroots rugby by offering taster sessions, player referrals, and joint delivery with local clubs and foundations.
